According to the needs of our partners, we deliver various parts and assemblies ready assembled.

Mechanical surface treatment

• Polishing: we mainly carry out machine polishing of aluminium and stainless steel products machined by our company, according to customer requirements.
• Brushing/ Grinding: the brushing of stainless steel tube and plate components on decorative surfaces as well as the grinding of welds with an angle grinder or belt sander, mainly in preparation for painting jobs.
• Abrasion: mainly the deburring of the pressed products is carried out on an abrasion machine for greater efficiency
• Ball blasting: an operation usually carried out prior to welding and/or painting of metal parts, in order to obtain a clean-to-metal surface and to improve the weld joint and the adhesion of the surface protection material (paint, galvanizing, etc.) (maximum dimension: Ø1000×1500)

Other services

Our aim is to satisfy the widest possible range of customer needs, and to this end, we coordinate, with the help of our subcontractors, the casting of non-ferrous metal and steel castings, and the performance of various surface treatments such as galvanizing, nickel plating, chromium plating, chromate coating, galvanizing, hot-dip galvanizing, anodizing, browning, powder coating, chemical/water-based painting.
