Laser cutting
With state-of-the-art 5 kW CO2 laser cutting equipment, we can achieve high cutting and repeatability accuracy. The technology allows us to produce highly complex parts, even in large series.
The use of laser technology ensures:
- Cost-efficient production process
- No post-machining of parts (high cutting precision, burr-free cutting edges)
- Production of complex sheet metal parts
The maximum sheet size that can be machined by laser cutting: 1500*3000mm
Cuttable material/thickness:
- Carbon steel / 0,5-25mm
- Stainless steele / acid-resistant steels / 0,5-20 m
- Aluminum / 0,5-12mm
Bending:
We use CNC-controlled edge bending machines to process flat sheet prefabricated products according to our partners' requirements.
We have a wide range of tools, which makes it easy to carry out complex bending operations.
Our competences:
- Bending up to 3000 mm in length
- Bending of 6 mm thick product over 3000 in length (for carbon steel)
- CNC controlled cambering
