The management of B-METAL KFT is committed to the implementation of the new MSZ EN ISO 9001:2015 standard in its quality management system and to operate it according to its requirements. It announces its quality policy accordingly:

In order to achieve, maintain and increase customer satisfaction, we make quality a priority in our manufacturing and commercial activities. The implementation, maintenance and development of a quality management system in accordance with the MSZ EN ISO 9001:2015 standard is a means to achieve this.

To ensure the required quality, we monitor and document the entire process of our activities. We constantly strive to understand our customers' needs as accurately as possible and to keep track of any changes.

We place particular emphasis on the organisation of regular quality management and professional training to develop quality awareness, commitment to quality, professional competence and exactingness in all our staff.

At the same time, we expect all our employees and those who provide external services to us to continuously improve the quality of their work and to cooperate effectively to promote efficient performance. Each of our employees takes responsibility for the quality of their work with their own name.

We ensure that quality requirements are defined in our contractual relationships, we expect our suppliers to deliver the required quality on a continuous basis, and we select them with the primary objective of ensuring the required quality.

We expect our competitiveness and market adaptability to improve by ensuring compliance with the system, which should also be reflected in the stability and profitability of our business activities.

To promote our quality management system externally, we communicate our quality policy and the results of our quality management system to our customers.

In order to continuously improve our quality management system, we set and publish quality objectives in quality plans. We expect all our employees to implement these plans.

I hereby personally commit myself to the intentions and commitments set out in our Quality Policy, through the responsibilities assigned to me in the Quality Manual. I believe that all our employees can be proud of the success we have earned through our systematic, consistently high quality performance, which is also recognised by our customers.

To meet the needs of our employees, we are constantly improving the working environment and infrastructure, including social care for our workers, which are essential for quality.
